If I were choosing based on what you want

Old-town atmosphere: Walther von der Vogelweide or Goldener Adler
Quiet/mountain setting: Gnollhof
Spa & relaxation: Spitalerhof or Rierhof
Traditional South Tyrolean feel: Schmuckhof
Pool + good value: Bischofhof

Chiusa is also a useful base for exploring Val Gardena, Alpe di Siusi, Bressanone and the surrounding Dolomites, while avoiding the higher prices of some of the major resort towns.

If you tell me your dates, budget per night, and whether you want luxury / romantic / spa / central, I can narrow this to 3-4 hotels and check current prices.
