If you mean Folgaria, Trentino, there are several strong choices, depending on whether you care most about spa/romance, skiing, family facilities, or being in the town center. Current guest-review data and hotel listings point to these as particularly notable:

My shortlist

• Blu Hotel Natura & Spa - Adults Only - A good choice for a couples’/wellness getaway. It has a spa, is adults-only, and currently has a 4.6/5 rating from 880+ Google reviews; Tripadvisor also lists it among Folgaria's top-rated/value properties.
• John Luxury Suites - More intimate and contemporary, with spacious suites, sauna and private parking. Booking.com currently shows 9.3/10 from 680+ reviews.
• Hotel Seggiovia - Particularly interesting for a ski trip, in the Francolini area. It has a 4.6/5 Google rating and is described by Tripadvisor reviewers as a family-oriented hotel.
• Hotel Vittoria, Folgaria - Alpe Cimbra - A convenient town-center option, with a 4.5/5 Google rating and more than 880 reviews.
• Hotel Luna Bianca - A well-established option with a 4.5/5 rating and around 900 Tripadvisor reviews; a nice middle ground for location, food and traditional alpine-hotel atmosphere.
• Hotel Villaggio Nevada - Worth considering for families, with a large volume of reviews and family-oriented facilities. Tripadvisor currently gives it 4.4/5 from roughly 1,570 reviews.
• Folgaria Post Hotel - A characterful option right around the pedestrian-center area; Tripadvisor describes it as a traditional, family-run property.

If I were narrowing it to three based on different trip styles:
Spa/couples: Blu Hotel Natura & Spa → Luxury/intimate: John Luxury Suites → Ski/family: Hotel Seggiovia.

If you tell me your dates, number of people, and whether this is a ski trip or summer trip, I can narrow these down by price, location, spa, skiing access, and current availability.
